Elisabete Ferreira is a third-generation master baker, deeply passionate about baking, and has been the manager of Pão de Gimonde for more than 30 years, located in Bragança, in the small village of Gimonde (Portugal).
She has been president of the Clube Richemont Portugal since its creation in 2020 and a member of the Richemont Club International since 2015. She was named World Baker of the Year 2024.
She has participated in numerous European innovation and research projects in the cereal and baking sector and is a regular speaker at various events related to innovation and circular economy in the bread industry.
